難しい英単語を使わないようにするtextlintルールを作った

textlintで難しい英単語を見つけられるようになる。

プライバシーポリシーや免責事項のような法律文書を分かりやすく書きたいとき。
Webアプリを英語で開発するとき。
多言語対応をする開発リソースはないけど、他言語のユーザーにも使いやすくしたい。
/hata6502/scrapbox-lintにもtextlint-rule-no-difficult-wordsをインストールしてあるため、
Cosense上でも難しい英単語を見つけられる。
